The Couture Collection was introduced by Edinburg High School Senior Cheerleader

Alyssa Lozano and her mom Mrs. Mari. Beginning in the Spring of 2023, the mother daughter duo were eager to begin Alyssas final mum.

Mission

Originally the Lozano family had another color choice in mind for Alyssa; however, during her consultation they were keen to note that they wanted her colors to be unique but elegant. Thus, the beginning of a new journey for us at Simply Mum. The colors chosen were part of a wedding palette that we saw in Houston and thought they were lovely for a senior that would want something exclusive. When we showed Alyssa and her parents, it was an enthusiastic yes!

Vision

Alyssa's design was something we knew had to be soft, feminine, and breathtaking. The right balance of color and intricacy is what brought this vision of beauty to fruition. This design concept would launch a new era for mums that had never been used or seen in the Rio Grande Valley. With their unwavering faith, they awaited their final result. Rhinestones

When we began working on couture, we were not sure what "bling" we should add to keep it soft and feminine. We had help from a beloved friend and brought in rhinestones, it was the chef's kiss!! All Couture girls have rhinestones throughout their mum.

Fuller Feathers

With Couture, our girls are automatically given fuller feathers that compliment the grandness of their design. The feathers we use tie in the final look and give the mum and elevated look.

Personalized Pieces

For our Couture Label, we ask our customers to come in and sit down with us to have a consultation so we can capture every intimate element. We ask personal questions so that when we begin to add the smaller details, its really is a true original personalized design for you.
